1. Who we are
Kickin is operated by Kickin Pty Ltd, an Australian company. Kickin is currently in a pre-launch phase and no live payment services are offered through this platform at this time. - An Australian resident with a valid Australian bank account
- Legally able to enter into a binding contract
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password. Notify us immediately at hello@kickin.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. How crew funds work
- Kickin does not hold customer funds
- Once payment functionality is enabled, contributions will be processed and held by a licensed third-party payment provider, not by Kickin
- Funds can only be released by unanimous vote of all crew members
- A small platform fee applies on contributions; exact pricing is shown at the time of the transaction
- Kickin does not pay interest on crew fund balances
- Full details of the payment provider, fund handling, and applicable terms will be published before any live payments are accepted
5. Cash out and leaving a crew
- You can leave a crew at any time before contributing
- After contributing, you can cash out your personal contributions less an early termination fee shown at the time of cash-out
- Platform fees paid on contributions are not refundable
- Cash out refunds process within 3 business days
- Once funds are released to a partner (booking, purchase, etc.), Kickin's liability ends — no refund is available
6. Acceptable use

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
7. Partner deals and discounts
Kickin negotiates preferential rates with partners. Kickin is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of partner products or services. Any disputes should be raised directly with the partner.
8. Fees and charges
- Platform fee: a small fee on contributions to cover payment processing
- Early termination fee: applies to contributions cashed out before fund release
- All fees are shown clearly at the time of the transaction
- Final pricing will be confirmed before public launch
9. Changes to the service
We may update the Kickin service, features, or fees. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or present legal risk to Kickin or other members.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Kickin's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before any claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
